Music Generation & Usage Policy

1. Introduction

This Music Generation & Usage Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the Song & Music Maker – Music Gen application (“App”). By using the App to generate, download, or share AI-generated music, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

2. Music Creation with AI

• The App allows users to create songs from text prompts, lyrics, or templates using AI technology.
• Generated outputs are unique but may occasionally resemble existing works due to AI model training data.
• We do not guarantee exclusivity, originality, or complete copyright clearance of AI-generated content.

3. Ownership & Copyright

• Users retain the rights to download and use songs they generate for personal use.
• For commercial use (e.g., publishing on streaming platforms, monetization, or public performance), users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright laws in their jurisdiction.
• SONGANH EZ LLC is not liable for any copyright or intellectual property disputes arising from the use of AI-generated songs.

4. Downloads & File Formats

• Songs can be exported in MP3 or WAV format, depending on subscription level.
• Downloaded files are stored locally on the user’s device and remain accessible after subscription expiry, unless deleted by the user.

5. Subscription & Credits

• Free users may generate a limited number of songs each month.
• Paid subscription plans provide higher limits, faster generation, and additional features (see Pricing Page).
• Each song generation consumes credits. When credits are exhausted, additional credits must be purchased.
• No refunds are provided for consumed credits or partially used subscription periods.

6. Sharing & Community Features

• Users may share songs within the App via playlists, trending charts, and personal collections.
• Shared content must not include hateful, infringing, or illegal material.
• We reserve the right to remove or suspend content that violates this Policy or applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Usage

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Generating offensive, hateful, or illegal content using the App.
• Impersonating artists, brands, or copyrighted works without authorization.
• Redistributing or selling generated content without ensuring legal compliance.

8. Refund Policy

• All payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Refund requests must be submitted directly through the respective store and are subject to their policies.
• SONGANH EZ LLC does not process refunds outside these platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided “as is,” without warranties regarding originality, exclusivity, or copyright clearance of generated works.
• Users assume full responsibility for any third-party claims, disputes, or damages resulting from the distribution or use of generated songs.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be effective upon publication within the App or on genmysong.com. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
